		<description>Yo Dave.  I like Paul&#039;s comments he made.  It&#039;s like ... a recipe to be competitive with the US.  I might disagree with some points, but on the overall I think he is mostly right.  

An interesting comment to me was the fact that he uses recent history to explain why Europe essentially caved in and stopped being super-competitive.  I wonder what the world would be like today if about half of the European population hadn&#039;t been all-consumed by war for the first half century of the 20th century.  Would they still be as competitive as Americans?  Would they still be a colonizing force?  Such ruminations are bound to be useless though ... time will tell what the world has in store for us.</description>
