Yeah, for those who’re curious, the compilers final kicked my ass pretty hard. Not as hard as it could have, but hard enough. Really, 2 of the 4 questions were “do you remember how to do this in the projects” … and they were in the projects that I didn’t understand at all.

That said, I’m predicting a 60, maybe a 65 on that. If I’m lucky. Maybe less.

Yeah …. so it’s lookin’ like I didn’t quite make that “A” that I was gunning for at the beginning of the semester. Or that “B” I was gunning for after project 2. And I probably didn’t hit that “C” I was gunning for after exam 1 either. In fact, with how things turned out, I’d say I’d be lucky to have walked away with a solid “D”.

Blowage. Hate compilers so much. More than that, I hate the parts of compilers that are massively different depending on who teaches it and what they’re following. Like the IR tree constructs. I just don’t get those at all. Never have.

Meh, at least it’s over. For now.
