couch gone! couch gone!
That was … surprisingly easy.
Sold the couch for my asking price ($150) to a Kenyan guy and his wife. They had a couple of woodworker friends help move it, complete with pickup truck. We popped the mattress out of the bed part, flipped up the top upholstery onto the back, wherever it would flip, and slid both pieces right out without too much work. It was good times.
Now I need to pick up some spackle and a putty knife and some sandpaper and patch up the dents and scores in my wall from the previous move attempt… maybe I’ll do that tomorrow after the interview.
