Crazy Awesomeness. Non-Kung-fu fighting (Muay-Thai is so … different than what we usually see). Some of the awesomest villains ever created.
And the hate-filled football-kick to the chest.
Yeah, Ong Bak is a really freaking great stereotype-martial-arts movie. Forgettable plot (about getting back the head of the village’s Ong Bak Buddha statue, to save the village). Unbelievably memorable action.
A must-see, if you like violence. And we ALL like violence, right kids?
