I just had a dream that I was a powerful demon, living in a building based largely on my grandma’s house in Highland, with my demon family. And my demon brother was about to be crowned Demon King.

I had normal demon powers, like being super-strong, and being able to throw fireballs and use my claws to tear stuff apart, and for some reason I had a lightsaber, but other than that I was pretty normal looking. And as I was talking with my Demon Aunt, a 3 story tall bright-red, burning hot Abbadon crawled into view behind the house. Clearly sent to assassinate my brother, to prevent him from becoming the demon king. Sent by the dark lord, a character I had just finished lightsaber-battling with to a stalemate, when he tried to do the job himself.

Fortunately Abbadon demons in my dream happened to be somewhat one-track-minded, and so when it saw me, it skipped from “eat the future demon king” to “eat whatever you see”.

You can imagine that a 3 story tall Abbadon would probably be able to move pretty fast, and this one was no exception. My aunt hightailed it out of there on her demon horse, while I proceeded to fight it. I knew a lightsaber couldn’t do much damage to that thing (because it’s too huge and too demonic to really hurt that way, and because demon skin repelled lightsabers for whatever reason). So instead, I took to throwing whatever I could find at it. Barrels of rocks, stone blocks, chunks I sliced out of the trees it uprooted and threw at me. My aunt’s demon-horse-drawn carriage. A watertower full of beer.

The thing that made it go down was the beer, because it tried to eat everything I threw at it, literally. And so it chugged about a cubic house of beer.

Then I went up to it and stabbed it in the eye with the lightsaber while it was too drunk to do anything about it, and it evaporated.

I have strange dreams. I think this might be a sign that I’m playing too much Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, because the Abbadon demons are modeled off the Abaddon head-in-the-floor demons in that game.
