3 miles later

So, I got back from work and did another 3 miles on the bike tonight.
12 minutes or so, not too bad. Not the highest resistance setting … in fact, the second-lowest, but I’m definitely feeling it.

I think I’m going to keep the resistance there and try for 3 miles tomorrow (unless it turns out I am more sore than I think I’ll be) and 4 miles a sessopm for the first half of next week, to see how that goes.

My current medium-term goal is to be able to stay on the bike and maintain a decent speed (like >12mph) for 45 minutes. Which would be 2 full anime episodes or tv shows, and at 16mph (seems like a nice sustainable but slightly strenuous speed to me) would be 12 miles.

I’m likin’ it though. It feels pretty nice to get something a bit strenuous going for a change.
