the consequences of schedule shifts

So this ‘normal’ schedule has some interesting consequences, some good, some bad.

I’ve been sleeping like 10-11 pm to 7ish am every day for about 2 weeks. Been at work in the 8 am range every day, including right now. It’s REALLY easy to hit a 40 hour week going in at 8 am. Stay till 4 and you’re at 8 hours …

I’ve gotten a lot done this week. I’m sleeping well, I’m able to coordinate with people better at work, I’m eating 3 meals a day. It’s pretty sweet, really.

I dunno, I just feel … better about everything. It’s strange.

    Well Dave, you’ve worked this type of shift before. Funny how you’d feel better … been exercising too? I was reading through the blog and found that you had yourself a bike or something. I’ve been feeling better too since I started working out. The whole keeping fit and eating well really did me good.
